Order help, returns and refunds

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email alex@amigallc.com as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed production or fulfillment error.

Each pack is printed to order. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law. Please review the sheet size, pack quantity, design assortment, and cut-to-share instructions before purchasing.

For a cancellation or change, contact us immediately. We will check whether production has started; changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once the order enters production. Do not mail an item back without contacting us for instructions.

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
